Summary:
2x Counts of Mass RDM, 2x Counts of NLR Break, 3x Counts of Mass Propspam/Propblock, 2x Counts of Job Abuse as SRU.
Evidence:
It started when I (Police Officer) was arresting someone who had stolen a my car with the current Police Sergeant, Scania runs up to us (SRU, with gun pulled) and obliterates the Sergeant (check logs please, no evidence provided), and tries to kill me for no reason whatsoever (Mass RDM - Failed to make communication via radio/OOC when asked about his actions). I killed him as a last resort with less than 10 HP left, when other officers ran up to investigate. Scania runs back to my vehicle with his gun drawn and starts lockpicking my car as SRU (NLR Break - Job Abuse), and starts killing all officers who responded to the scene (Mass RDM). I ran behind cover at this time and requested his immediate demotion (Useful logs timestamp).
After he was demoted, he started spawning massive black blocks (As seen in screenshots) over the BP Garage, entrapping a Gundealer who was literally begging to be let out over OOC (He was trapped for roughly 10-15 minutes) and later began Proppushing cars in the vicinity, and targeting mine (As seen in screenshots). After using his physgun to place the prop on my car (As seen in screenshots), the prop was jerked and he killed himself in the process, immediately returning to the scene to continue his Proppush of a White G65 (Proppush - NLR Break, as seen in screenshots). Just after this, MR MONEY MAN spawned a massive block (As seen in screenshots) supporting Scanias Propblock/Propspam, and then another one aligned with the Café windows (Again, as seen in screenshots).
After that, he became SRU again (After demotion time ran out) and ran over to my car (I had just moved it behind BP so it wouldn't get blown up) and started lockpicking it (Job Abuse). I was requesting a demotion while I watched as he did this, and he began driving away as he was demoted.
When asked why someone with his hours (Nearly 500) would do such things, he blatantly ignored the remark and continued his spree. This mayhem lasted roughly 20-25 minutes and disrupted all roleplay occurring across the server, killing 8 people in the process and injuring many more.
