Reason : RDM/NLR/Random Theft x2
Evidence : On v33x user was bumping our BMW's into lake, we eventually pursued him to the city where we took him out. After that we were driving back out when he is at the end of the city tunnel with an AK47 and kills my friend (NightShade) I then get out and secure the cars and he comes
Back to try to steal my friends car so again, I take action and eliminate him. After that he respawns and proceeds to steal my car in the tunnel and take off, where we eventually track him to the Hospital. By looking in logs you can see him the first time pulling the AK after respawn and then killing Nightshade soon after.
