Summary: someone was observing my new dupe and out of no where he is shot and then I am attacked. I tell him to stop and he said "I dont care". Then he decided to run me over with his car.

I am involved, as I was the guy standing in the second picture.

He did RDM multiple times, he went around, CDMing people. When confronted in OOC, and when gungranny said he was going to post a BR, Klausu replied with "don't care", and continued on with his rule breakage.

Also, he was doing "general minging". He was ramming into dupes, cars and people with his car just to annoy them.
