So, I was just playing on the v2p, I was a SS and I wanted to check out the jail to see anything was alright, when I saw a gundealer who helped a prisoner out of jail. I reacted quickly and started handcuffing the gundealer between the celldoor, but for some reason, he fell asleep and this happened:
