Summary: At this time I was an officer. I was walking on the streets to stop a vehicle from speeding.

Suddenly a black transit (Kenny(the president) and his bodyguards) shows and CDMS an officer. (I saw in OOC that some people said he did it before). I asked him to get out of the car. He did and I told him that it doesn't give him the right to CDM an officer even though he is the president. Then he demoted me for "Trying to arrest the president".

Not directly involved with said incident. However just prior to this Kenny did CDM someone else as the president. Name completely out of my head. However I sat and watched him so it both times.
