Summary: HamsterofChaos CDMs multiple people then disconnects from the server.

Evidence: I unfortunately only got one of the incidents on camera, the rest happened off camera. He runs over an injured person on the ground. You can't see but the person he runs over was injured. I'm trying to get someone to confirm this.

Involved: I was there. I can confirm that the guy on the ground was first injured then run over by HamsterofChaos. I was also run over by him before.

User was found guilty for CDM, but not entirely on the evidence. Logs also backed up the event.
A blacklist will take effect.

Closing notes: If I could not have found any logs, this would have been denied. You need good evidence to get a BR approved. Anyone could have simply said he was trying to park and never even hit that guy.
