Summary of the incident
Accused was mass RDMing earlier on top of nexus roof. (Sadly, I have no evidence of this as I was a humble farmer tending to my crops outside the city.)
Later, I became an officer to help with the unrest in the city. We got a call of people shooting at others near the beach. Upon responding, Hoes mad kept throwing grenades and flash bangs at us. When I finally caught him, he changed jobs to avoid arrest.
