Saying that in OOC can offend someone. It doesn't matter if you didn't mean it.

I believe there was a misunderstanding in this blacklisting. Cookiro was not insulting anybody but merely copy and pasting a message from steam.
I have unblacklisted Cookiro and removed it from his record.
