Title of Bug: Thread Formatting
Description: As you can see in the photo, when i open/edit a thread the options to insert a image or make any of the text align to
the middle of the thread etc isn't there.

It appears that this happens on Google Chrome,
Use Internet Explorer and you can create the thread as you like with all the advanced options..
