Evidence:: (Prop blocking the town tunnel is not a good idea (Prop blocking) Which means police can't really respond to calls or get out of the city. I think this guy should be banned or PTE access blacklisted.)

Player Indeed propblocked the city tunnel, but the Administrator MasterNoda joined and punished him with a blacklist.
