Summary: Theres a lot of things I cant prove, but the main thing is insulting in OOC. He also broke NLR after I killed him in a raid, you might have to check logs around that time for that though.

hkn301 has been found guilty of multiple offences of insulting players in OOC.
There is not sufficient enough information to punish HarryDude369.
