Summary: I stumbled across this tides truck and it is in conflict with the no modification rules on cars. He claims that he had admin permission but I don't believe that because of the way it looks.

We had administrator approval. Specifically, I think it was Dig that spotted us with it and told us we had to ask for permission, but he said we could go ahead with it.

Dig(if I remember correctly) approached us about it earlier, and said that next time we had to ask for permission, but never removed it and never said anything further on it.

Permission was granted and I warned them that in future reference they would need to
contact an administrator any time they wanted to use the dupe.
