Reason why you should be unblacklisted:The StoryBehind :When i was done RP as a Gun Dealer,i went in to my car,Wonder around the city,i know I got A very Bad lag in and outside,so i slowed down a bit.After that,I went to connectivity road,i saw a Dark red Audi and a Light Blue and Black Raptor chasing each other,i looked at them and didn't know what in the front (Still goin slow),Then i look back and keep driving,Then i saw a small group standing near the City Tunnel,My hand and heart like Freeze that moment,So that went i hit the Lag Spike,Not only that,That Raptor Driver hit me Full speed And Crashed in that Small Group,Inclue Rebels and SWAT (And Admin i think).Please Forgive me What i have done

You in your lag spike ran over around 5 people. Blacklist time reduced however it will remain present.
