The IP address for Teamspeak has been changed to:
89.163.208.133 or ts.fearlessrp.net

As far as I am aware he took it back or something. This works out cheaper and offers more slots.

Nah, there's more to it than that. But it's not my position to say.
This one isn't run by staff so it just doesn't feel right. Also, I'm assuming that the reason is has 512 slots it because it is registered as a non-profit TS. Non-Profit TeamSpeak's can not be linked to a website which has a donation page so it is technically breaking their ToS.
