Reason why you should be unblacklisted:
Let me tel the story first. I was a cop, I was apprehending a subject and suddenly he was slayed and banned from respawning for four minutes and I went up to his body and shot a couple of times into it. Then the blacklists come in. I feel as though I should be unblacklisted because, I'm new to the server first off, and while I've read the rules, I didn't memorize them word for word and so I was not aware that this wasn't allowed and the consequences that would follow. Secondly, six hours is a bit of a long time for shooting dead body a couple of times and I'm not sure if this is a standard blacklist time for an offense like this, but it seemed like a bit of an overkill. I would like to state that I have learned from this mistake and will behave and re-read the rules a couple of times.

I dont see why you should be unblacklisted you broke the rules just because you are new isnt an exucse at all. And i dint blacklist you from Vehicles you got blacklisted from weapons and police officer
