I can't believe I had to make this.
He's - Means "He is".
Example:
"He's making love to Blue-Eye'd Assassins Sister."
His - Means "Belonging to him".
Example:
"Did you see The Lucky One last night?"
"No, why?"
"Blue Eye'd Assassin's Sister was sucking his c**k".
