I say citizens and chefs should be able to plant the seeds to make food, but I think citizens have to buy the supplies from a chef to make it fair. So it can be like either the citizen gets food from the chef when they need it, or they buy the supplies so that they can grow it when they need it and not have to find a chef. Maybe make buying the food itself cheaper like (not saying this should be the price) $500 for 5 carrots or $700 for the supplies to make 5 carrots. Obviously the chef still charges the price they see fit, but if they say are paying $500 for the seeds and $200 for pots. then they would charge more for the supplies because of the extra charge of the pots.

I'm worried whats being done with the Police Cars....
Are new vehicles being added?
If so (Please be a Charger), it better not be a Chevy, unless it's the Tahoe of Suburban. Any other Chevy would just burst into flames.
Also, for the siren sounds, are you using sounds from a certain manufacturer, or just generic siren sounds. Because that matters. (Federal Signal is da bomb)

Cars are not being added, they are being changed model and skin wise.
