[b]Reason why you should be unblacklisted:Hi,i am aware of what ive commited with this blacklist and i really didnt mean or think that it would lead ot a blacklist,this is my first ever cdm offence and to be honest the cdm was by acident when i stol the car,my reason for stealing the car was that i had just respawned as a rebel and the car was right infront of me..so i hopped in,thinking about how i would get to town,as i say..i honestly didnt mean anything of the things which i had done and i tried apologising during the event,not sure what i cant do,just bought my first ever car on your servers too. One last thing,i am aware of the first rule of vehicles..i lagged at the time i was reversing the car,i didnt know that the officer was in the road,im asking for the thrid time..please
