Title of Suggestion:
Removal of Flash Light when Tied up or Restrained.
Description: For a long time now whenever you have been tied up or restrained you can still use your flash light for some reason and it makes no sense why you can.
Why: This would make role play more realistic because how could you hold or use your flash light with your hands cuffed behind your back or even tied behind your back?
