Summary:
Incident 1 - Refused to get out of the car at gunpoint. Forgot to re-enable sound recording but he was saying that I have to chase him and going to the car with a gun isn't allowed.
Incident 2 - A little while later he disconnected after being tazed by another officer, he going to be arrested.
