The first death, the white van had knocked into me, If you go frame by frame you can see I didn't Intentionally Kill him/her and It was entirely an accident.
The second Police Officer I was hoping would move out of the way, I didn't intend to kill him, but I intended to make him feel as if his IG life was In danger, so he would run out of the way and shoot the car, Like many people do.

Yeah, the first death was the vans fault but it appears that you was intending to try and hit the man crossing the road. If he hadn't luckily began sprinting then you would definitely have.
The cop was clearly in front of you with his gun pointed (so fearrp as well). You driving straight into him and hoping that he would move is no excuse for CDM.
