Title Of Suggestion: Improvement to Tasers
Description: There Would be Multiple Changes to how Tasers Function.
1. First, Tasers Would be made Into A Projectile Weapon, Like a Tranquilizer, With A much Shorter Range, And without the Delay Of Course.
2. Tasers Would Have a Cooldown Timer, Much like an Ammo Meter, but it shows how long till the Taser Would be at Full Charge. It Would charge Like a Flashlight, But Meter Would be Red Until It is at 100%, Then it would be Blue
3. Tasers Would Get a Newer More Realistic Sound.

Why: Currently Tasers Are a Pain to Use, People Can just run Circles around Police Who have them out. Making Them this Way Would Allow Police to Properly Stop Runners, Instead of just Spamming Left Click, And Possibly Taseing Innocent People in the Process.
