If you contact Valve with a fuck ton of valid evidence of a power failure or internet drop or you "accidentally" clicking your primary fire button on your team mates etc you may get the cool down entirely removed from your steam account.

Don't play any sort of competitive game/match unless you are willing to lose sleep over it and make it your life's goal to become a pro.

Otherwise, you will be squashed.
