Hello so im wondering if my bans can get removed from the ban list is that possible ?

In exceptional circumstances, you'll need to file an unban request I believe and you'll need to have a VERY strong argument about why it should be removed. Please any other members correct me if I'm wrong.

Only if the ban is proven to be invalid. Valid bans never get removed from the ban list, they stay there forever.
