Summary: Just your average #R fearRP violation, was assisting in his detainment with the police after he assaulted a civilian, the next thing I know we're chaseing him around for 5 minutes trying to stop him, we managed to taze him once until he ran away and eventualy we just let him run away as we were unable to actualy stop him for good when most officers were run over near the tunnel
