This user had already RDM'd me while i was walking round the city, when i respawned I continued to patrol elsewhere in the city. He then decided to RDM someone else that was visible to me. I decided to persue (and begin recording) and he began to shoot at me then switch to knife, without me saying anything. Knifing and shooting me until i died.

Evidence is not good enough as it doesn't show context, and I cannot know if he actually had a valid reason for killing you or not.
