Re-Download Help - BouncingBall - 03-25-2014
Hello Fearless Community,
When I first joined the server, It downloaded every Addon/Items etc.. Its supposed.. So I let it download, Played on the server For about 30 Mins then Disconnected and when I want to join again it Re-Downloads all the Addons etc again?

You probably should download all the contents from here:

The thread explains itself, it has everything you need to play on the servers, including the full content pack (The maps are not included in the pack)

As another note..
I have noticed that if your GMOD crashes or you just exit the client instead of disconnecting from the server first, it does not save whatever you downloaded. I learned this the hard way when I first started playing Garry's Mod a while back.
Just be sure to disconnect before you close your client is all I'm really saying.

Make sure that you use the right path.
My path looks like this:
D:\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod
