Summary: Shortly after the server restarted, and just when we had gotten a new president, two dudes ran straight into the nexus guns blazing and tried to kill the president, when he barely had written the first rules.
I managed to arrest them and handcuff them. Soon as I was about to arrest them, they both disconnected. I suspect they are friends on steam.

I managed to grab screenshots on the chatlog, in which you can see me arresting them, and they leaving.
