Is there any posts anywhere with valid reasons for raiding because i can't seem to find a post or anything about it in the rules.

[Warrant for search] Blocked windows, noticed contraband, guns or any kind of contraband/drugs that are illegal
[Corleone and Rebel] Seen contraband
That's all I know about the raiding as I don't usually do it.
