Summary: Septic was an SRU and they came storming in to our base for having the base. Septic then said go to the wall and we said you cant do that because there was only one person warranted and it was a search. They did not care and then proceeded to arrest all of us for having the base related to us. Septic arrested I think everyone and broke into it.

Okay. They came to our base and searched it. BUT : They came trough the gate and before they searched the base,they arrested 3 Rebels.
And arresting 3 people before searching the base (cause having base will earn you A SEARCH WARRANT) is against the rules!

I find it funny how all the rebels that were online then start posting two threads and blaming me and my SRU.
Once again, bases were ILLEGAL and that means they will be SEARCHED, it was also a valid reason to raid me, so instead of making 2 ban request on me and my SRU you could have tried to raid us instead of these unnecessary requests.

Bases were illegal which means the arrest was valid.
