Nope. I saw the image a while ago. I've been to the TOR level multiple times.

I find this extremely interesting..Would never touch anything below level 2 as i would be paranoid that the fed's are one me..Then again, i wouldn't want to view a lot of those sites.

Up to level 4 is fairly easy to gain access to with TOR.

Purely out of interest, if i were to view sights in level 3+4 (Obviously not including CP ect) Do you think it'd fall back on me, if you know what i mean?

Nope. It's legal to go there as long as you're not search for cheese pizza or trying to buy anything illegal though most things there are now unaccessable as the silk road has been siezed which was the primary black market of the internet I'd say.
