Behind every tear, there's a person that caused it to fall.
Behind every tear, there's a smile of good memories.
Behind every tear, there's someone that helps you let go.
We're separated when we should be united, fighting when we should be at truce.
Crumbling down is faith in humanity, building up is my faith in you.
We're breaking down the walls that once made us feel so safe, becoming colder every day.
Your eyes make me feel warm, your smile raises my spirit, your presence makes me strong.
You're the only thing worth fighting for, all else is void.
Yes, it's clear that I like some girl. I'd love to get honest opinions on this, whether I'd like them or not. Perhaps comment if you think something needs to be added. Leave any feedback behind, like saying it's bad or good. ^^ Want this to be the best it can be before I hand it to her.. :)

Note: This is the first time I try writing a poem so it probably sucks and won't be the best you've ever seen ^^

Short, simple, and straight to the point on how you feel, good job man. I hope your not just handing this to her out of the blue by the way I have a friend who wrote a love letter to a girl he liked (A explanation of how he felt with a poem inside to reinforce that explanation too.) And trust me, she found it quite creepy. Which I can get because that is pretty awkward to do.
But hey man. All the luck to you. I hope you two hit it off
