I'm just wondering would it be possible to (client-side) reskin the fire and ambulance and be able to see it in game? The current ones are from San Andreas and i'd like to make a Evo County Fire Department theme for them?

No. I've tried and you will need to do some shit that is just so freaking complicated.

Haven't seen the one perp uses.. I think it is GTAIV cars, and that isn't directly editable.
