Summary: He just drove around CDMing people. Yes, all of us in the second sequence is on the street but a cop (Sergeant Blueforce) shot at a man and Tripple just ran through him and the suspect and another man.
Note: I have no idea why Blueforce shot the unarmed man nor do I know who the man was.

He has done this a lot of times, he also tazed and prop killed me and a few friends.

I can't quite remember why I was chasing that guy, I think it was because he attacked me or something. I'll reply again if I remember why I was doing that, but I'm pretty sure that it was for a proper rp reason.
