Do you own HL2 EP2? Also, try re-installing the content pack.

Half Life 2 - Episode 2, it is a game. You need to own it as few props from it are used on v2p.

You can get the materials as well by go to Downloads.
There you can get ALL the necessary files and materials. Note, it's not the game only the materials.

It's not a bug, your missing Content
You NEED Half-Life 2 Episode 1 and 2 to see some props on the v2p map, and some props also require CS:S but it's not neccisary.
(You can buy Half-Life 2 Episode 1 and 2 on Steam)
To download the content visit the FL Content download page
That page will run you through instructions on how to install it, it's not difficult and should only take a few minutes to install once downloaded!
