For some reason, I can't ever hear the jail alarm...
Also, cruise control doesnt work for me, even though I bought it.

Have you tried activating cruise control with 'T'? 'T' is the default bind for cruise control, unless you bound over it with something else. Try 'T'.

I don't even think there is a jail allarm. Unless I havn't heard it. As for the cruse crontrol, Avaitor has given a good fix that might work.

I just thought of this, what server are you referring to with not hearing the Jail Alarm. I think v2d and v33x do not have Jail Alarms but v2p has a Jail Alarm.

v33x has a jail alarm. If you enter the control room located in the jail area, you should see the Alarm button below the lockdown button.

You need to buy HL2:Ep2 to hear the alarm.

Yes, v33x does have a jail alarm, it gets incredibly annoying though.
T is the default bind for cruise control but I think you also have to change the options first through /cruisecontrol options.

You need HL2-EP2 for the alarm sound, however, there is a download for the HL2-EP2 Content at http://fearlessrp.net/content which should do the trick :)

At least I found out that v33x has an alarm, my bad for the misleading advice, I never really go on v33x.
