While I would love just to ban this person... There is no evidence that that was the actual person driving the car. THat might have been this players car but that doesnt prove anything. Please provide more evidence within 24 hours.

Sorry for commenting this, when im not a vitness. But you cal clearly see that it's the same yellow ferrari turning around up the street.

It doesnt matter just because its under his name doesnt mean he was driving.
However, I looked into logs he in fact is driving the car and looks like mass RDM a little later, AND prop killed people.
Ran over 7 people
Prop killed 1 person
Killed 10 people over a 15 minute period.
