Why we should unban you: I owned up to it straight away and apologized, it was an accident, as I was driving away from the cops, I breaked hard but ended up drifitng into the parade.

What you could've done was immediately exclaim in OOC that there was an accident, I saw you propkill three people, what I think then is not "Oh it's probably an accident, I'll let it slide" What I think then is -> Propkiller, needs to go.
That's exactly what I did, I wish he was on when It happened.
