I have everything that is required. But it apparently isn't alright to do it my way. Just wondering how much of a difference it make's.

None it has all the requirements just not in the correct order. If everything is there then your fine in my opinion

Well it's not alright I suppose. I guess the order of the ban request make's alot of a difference.

The first way is just easier on the eyes I guess. If you are skimming through it's nice to get a name and steam ID quickly.
