Ok
so shortly
since i registered here
and sent messages to admins
i NEVER got respond
is it like "admins can only recieve messages from particular list of people"?

I believe it could be because they "Blacklisted" you, that would be my best guess

I don't know, but you can try to PM me and see if it works, if not then it is a bug. Because I didn't blacklist you.

Works fine.
I have another thing it could be:
1. Their private messages might be maxed (Inbox full, they will have to delete some PM's MAX is 250)
2. A bug.
3. Try PM soul about it

i do remember there used to be a inbox size thing, but that was awhile ago i guess i dont have a limit no more
but other admins probably still do
