Is it against the rules to use the drug lab prop with money on top of it and put it in a place with a window with the door locked? So if anyone raids the jokes on them because it's fake?

Its not IN the rules for some reason, since its supposed to be a blacklisted prop, but yes, expect a ban if your useing contra props to lure police in for a raid

and if you use the prop for like a chemistry lab room as a scientist and not as a druglab?

Thats different, if its for an RP in a closed area I can understand it, but if you use it to fake your contra, or trick people into thinking its contra, expect a long ban

Thanks for the answers. Also the last drug lab design prop was banned, but the new one never was.
