Is it just me that have the standard skins? I have those "Speed Enforcement" thingy skins, with red stroke on the police text.... I think something happened when you uploaded the models, maybe forgot to upload the skins?

Delete the add on from your gmod, you had it installed before so the server didn't overwrite the files.
