It was an issue with net.Send. For some reason one of the gmod dev team thought it'd be a bloody WONDERFUL idea for an error to be returned and everything to break if net.Send == nil. Seems pretty stupid to me, but I and Wood managed to fix it after a while, with Wood finding the final fix (what a bae).
Should be live momentarily.

All servers are now live.
Knowing Garry, they've updated some stupid things that'll effect other things that we don't know about yet. If anyone comes across any bugs/exploits/broken stuff then please either PM me personally or make a bug thread.
